This area features a private fishing pond [five fish per day per lot], a summer airstrip, horse corals, a tennis/basketball court, bball field and a covered picnic area great for family reunions. Power and telephone to each lot. There is a water delivery system with a $20.00 fee per load of 1,000 gallons available through June 2007. Annual fees, mandatory homeowner's association $75.00, garbage $25.00 & fire district $35.00.  Year round water and fire hydrants installed. Turn off Hwy 14 at the 35 mile marker and travel two miles into the area. Winter access is by snow machine as roads are not maintained Nov. to May at this time.
