A small subdivision located 2 miles east on the Panguitch Lake road HWY 143. This small subdivision is on the right (south) side of the highway. The area backs up to Cedar Breaks National Monument and the Dixie National Forest.  Brian Head Ski Resort is approx. 5 miles away.

There is power to an adjoining area but the porperty owners have elected not to bring power in at this time.

Nice cabins surround the small fishing pond located in this subdivision.
