Color Country

Color Country is a more prestigious subdivision where cabins are governed by protective covenants to protect cabin owner’s invewtment.  It is located 1 mile east of Duck Creek Village. 
This area is wooded with tall pine and aspen trees.  All lots have year round water and power.
Homeowners dues are $140 per year. This subdivisionhas a small commercial area with a steak house and lodging. There is snow removal to this area giving homeowners ample winter access. Elevation is 8,500 feet.
