This area features a private fishing pond [five fish per day per lot], a summer airstrip and a covered picnic area great for family reunions. Power and telephone to each lot. There is a water delivery system with a $20.00 fee per load of  1,000 gallons. Annual fees, homeowner's $75.00, garbage $25.00 & fire  district $35.00. A location turnoff is at the 35 mile marker and two miles into  the area.  Winter access is by snow machine as roads are not maintained  Nov. to May.
