Strawberry Valley & Ponderosa Villa are located in the same general area, approximately 3 miles east of the village.  There is a private airstrip for the summer months.  Some cabin sites overlook the airstrip and have a peaceful view of small planes flying in and out.
Average lot size is .5 acres.  Power and telephone are available to most of the area.  Water is a delivery service, and the fee is $20.00 for an approx. 800 gal. load.  Water requires membership in the Water Company.
Annual fees, voluntary assessment for airstrip usage is $29.75, voluntary association $25.00, garbage $20.00, and fire service district $35.00. Elevation is 8,100 feet.
