Bryce Woodland Estates

Bryce Woodlands is located 7 miless east of hwy 89.  This subdivision is one of the few areas that has building lots within Utah’s Paunsaguant Plateau.
Bryce Woodland Estates is hidden within a secluded canyon off the main highway.  It is wooded with oak, tall pine and aspen trees.
Power is available to most lots.  One area has seasonal water and “U-Haul” your own water to other areas.
