| Originally located at Cedar Breaks National Monument this studio cabin was relocated to our Bear Springs area in 1979 and placed on a concrete slab nestled under tall pine trees. This adorable 344 sf log cabin is perfect for that glorified camping experience. Set up with cabinets and sink area, small refrigerator, wood stove, window shutters, and a place to hang your hat. The adjoining lot can be purchased for an additional $35,000 giving an owner added space from your neighbors. |
| This cozy cabin is hidden beneath the tall pine trees that are popular in our area and located just outside of the national forest making this an ideal hunting cabin, weekend get away, or a place to stay while building that perfect dream cabin. Power is generated in this area and water is hauled in. We can show you how this is usually done.
Bear Springs is a small subdivision located just outside of the Dixie National Forest. Our beautiful trout filled Navajo Lake is just a short 3 mile drive and a great place for that avid fisherman to throw in his line. Small motor boats are welcome and will get you out to where the fish are biting. Fishing from the shore is also a relaxing past time. This man made lake is surrounded by views of pink cliffs, tall trees, and several campgrounds for additional friends and family to stay. The Virgin River Rim Trail passes through this area and welcomes hikers, mountain bikers and horse back riders. There is not an association in this area, water is hauled in and power is generated. The Navajo Lake/North Fork Road is a 37 mile dirt road which connects Hwy 14 and the Duck Creek Village area with the road leading to Highway 9 and into Zion National Park and Mount Carmel area. Bear Springs is approx 14 miles from the business area of Duck Creek Village in Southern Utah and is just a short drive to Zion National Park, Cedar Breaks National Monument, Brian Head Ski Resort, Bryce Canyon National Park, Escalante Grand Staircase National Park, Cedar City Utah including the Famous Shakespearean Festival, and many more opportunities that Utah has to offer. |
